Anti-fog gel is, in my opinion, much better than anti-fog spray. Although it may take a little longer to apply then simply spraying it on, it has always performed better for me. In paintball you can't play with a fogged up mask. Here you will learn how to anti-fog a paintball mask with anti-fog gel.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Anti-fog gel
  • Paintball mask
  1. Step 1

Clean the lens on your paintball mask and remove any paint or dirt. It helps it work better when you have a clean lens to apply your anti-fog gel to.

  2. Step 2

Apply the anti-fog gel to the inside of your lens. Use your finger to spread it around and cover the whole lens. You can apply it to the outside of the lens if you want to.

  3. Step 3

With a soft cotton cloth, lightly buff the anti-fog gel until the haze is gone. Old cotton t-shirts work great to buff with.

  4. Step 4

Reapply as needed. You may only be able to go a couple games, or you may be able to go a whole day without having to put it back on. If you get paint or dirt on the lens, you'll need to clean it off and then reapply the anti-fog gel on your paintball mask. Most of the gels come off with water, so if your mask gets wet, you'll need to put the anti-fog gel back on again.
