This dandruff treatment is a great way to naturally help get rid of dandruff without using a harsh chemical treatment. It also won't cause any damage to your skins natural pH balance. I suggest using it 2-3 times per week until you get rid of the dandruff, then use once every 1-2 weeks to help prevent future dandruff.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 Cups of Water
  • 1/2 Cup of Rosemary
  • 10 Drops of Rosemary Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Borax
  1. Step 1

Bring the water to a boil, then remove from the heat and pour in the rosemary. Quicly put the lid over the pot.

  2. Step 2

Wait 20 minutes, then strain the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Step 3

Rinse the pan then pour the mixture back in, and quickly heat the mixture for about 10 seconds, set to high.

  4. Step 4

Pour in the borax, and stir it gently until it's dissolved.

  5. Step 5

Pour in the rosemary oil, and stir together once more.

  6. Step 6

Pour the mixture into a glass jar with lid, or a shampoo bottle (new or properly cleaned recycled bottle).

  7. Step 7

Store the mixture in the fridge and it will stay fresh for about 4 weeks.

  8. Step 8

To use, after you shampoo and/or condition your hair like you normally would, massage 1-2 Tablespoons of the mixture into your scalp. Wait 30 minutes, then rinse out with cool water.
