Bath oils are not popular just to help moisturize the skin, but also due to the fact they help to relax and soothe the body. This bath oil has the added benefit of essential oils that are known for their relaxing effects.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 Cup of Jojoba Oil
  • 5 Drops of of Ylang Ylang Oil
  • 5 Drops of Marjoram Oil
  • 5 Drops of Chamomile Oil
  1. Step 1

Mix all of the oils in a small mixing bowl, then pour into a small cosmetics bottle with a lid, or small glass jar.

  2. Step 2

To use the mixture, shake it gently then pour out about 2 tablespoons of the oil under the running bath water. Try to use warm water, rather than using hot water. This will help the oils work more efficiently, plus hot water is harsh on the skin.

  3. Step 3

Between uses, store the oil in the fridge. Try to find a location for the oil that isn't too close to the lights in the fridge. It's best to use up the oil within the next 7-10 days, then make a fresh batch.
