Things You'll Need:
- 2 slices bread
- peanut butter
- banana
- honey
- butter or I can't believe it's not butter spray.
-
Step 1
Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter on each slice of bread. (Two tablespoons of PB altogether.) I like to use Skippy Natural, but your favorite brand should work just as well.
-
Step 2
Slice up half of a medium banana and arranger the slices on one piece of peanut buttered bread. It's ok if you have to stack them a bit, the PB will ensure that everything will stick together.
-
Step 3
Drizzle a little honey over your banana slices. It doesn't take much, but the honey really adds flavor and sweetness to this sandwich.
-
Step 4
Put the sandwich together by placing the peanut butter only slice of bread on top of the banana slices. Now, spread a little butter (or your butter spray) onto the top of the sandwich.
-
Step 5
Get out a small frying pan, and let it heat up a bit on the stove before you carefully flip your sandwich (butter side down) into the pan. Now spread more butter onto the other side, and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
-
Step 6
Flip your sandwich to brown the other side and remove from the pan when it's done.
-
Step 7
Let the sandwich cool for about a minute before you cut it in half. Enjoy!
