If you like to eat barbeque ribs follow these simple steps for great tasting pork country ribs.

    Buy about 4 pounds of country ribs this will feed 4 people.I like to buy the ribs that have a little more fat on them it helps bring out the flavor.
    We use a gas grill at around 300 degrees.Grill each side for about 5 minutes and flip over.On the side that has been grilled spread a generous portion of your favorite barbeque sauce as the other side cooks.Do this until both sides are good and crispy. It is important not to over cook the country pork ribs.

    Take the ribs from the grill and place them in a 9x12 glass baking dish lined with aluminum foil.Brush the ribs with more barbeque sauce and
    tightly cove them with the foil. Bake them in the oven at 300 degrees for about 2 hours.You can check them in a hour and put more barbeque
    sauce on them if you wish.

  3. Step 3

    After the ribs have baked for about 2 hours they will be ready to serve. The rib meat will fall off the bones and taste great,serve with salad and whatever else you like to eat. You can take some of the rib meat and
    save it to make pulled pork sandwiches on buns for lunch.
