Things You'll Need:
- medium size shrimp
- lime
- cilantro
- onions
- jalapeno
- flour tortillas
- butter
- oil
-
Step 1
Cut up your onions, cilantro and jalapenos in small pieces. Put the cilantro in a bowl off to the side for now. Peel your shrimp. Wash your hand with soap and water after you have cut up the jalapenos.
-
Step 2
Turn your stove on medium heat. In a non stick frying pan add some oil just enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Add one spoon of butter. When the butter is melted add your onion and jalapeno. Saute them until tender. Add your shrimp. Cook for about two minutes or until the shrimp is done.
-
Step 3
Warm up your flour tortilla. You can put them in the microwave or fry them in a pan with a little butter.
-
Step 4
Lay one flour tortilla on a plate. Add some of the shrimp mixture. Then add some cilantro. Cut your lime in half and squeeze over the top of the shrimp. Role the tortilla up. Eat and enjoy.

on 6/22/2009 Sounds yummy. I also like adding a little chopped up red cabbage and tomatoes. A sauce that works really well by itself or with salsa to add to this is a coleslaw sauce. MMMMMMM I'm hungry now. 5*
