Step 1
Start out by thinking about how much money you are able to spend and how long you will be there. If you are going to be at the casino playing the slot machines for a long time but do not have much money, you might want to stick to the penny and nickel slots. While you may not make a fortune off these, your money will go much further. If you spend your money on the 5 dollar slots you might be out of money in a matter of minutes. If that happens you may rush to the nearest ATM machine to get more money for the slot machines. While casinos love this, it is not a good idea.

Step 2
Once you have figured out how much to spend that narrows down the slot machines by quite a bit. After that begin to look at the slot machines that you are interested in. They have many ranging from television shows to hobbies. See if there is any slot machine that catches your eye. This can sometimes take a while, especially if you are in Las Vegas because they have so many to choose from.

Step 3
Don't limit yourself to just one slot machine. If you have enjoyed yourself on one slot machine and have made a profit, try walking around and finding another one to make money off of. Be sure to realize if you are placing a max bet or not. Placing a max bet can make your money go much faster than betting just on one row at a time. But also betting on one row can lower your chances of winning as well.

on 11/25/2009 Strangely enought if you wish to beat the casino games to start thinking "Start out by thinking about how much money you are able to spend", what about a strategy?
