Hi, I heard you advise someone how to pick a roofer. A homeowner should insist on paying the supplier themselves. First you can put it on a credit card and get cash back or miles and most important is you won't get hit with a mechanics lean if the roofer doesn't pay his bill after you have paid him. I have a number of rentals and if the roofer says no there is something wrong because I have already said yes to his price.

I purchased a new car from a dealer 3-27-10 for $20,477.00 after factory rebate of $3,000.00 with 5 miles on it I became extremely ill and was no longer able to drive. The disease I have creates extreme mental problems in comprehension. Within the last few months I have gotten better and now understand how they took advantage of me. For financial reasons I took it back to the dealer 8-23-10 with 2826 miles they charged me $4,613.00 depreciation, I was way too sick to understand what was going on and they knew it. I was told I have recourse against the dealer if I can prove this was an absorbent amount of depreciation by another car dealer. I went to small claims court, they told me I needed to show they over charged me. Can you show me what you calculate should be. One calculator shows for 1 year the depreciation should be $2,458.00, so wouldn't it be $1,229.00 for 6 months I had it only 5. I greatly appreciate your helpMarjorie Hunt.
