How To Treat Motion Sickness Naturally
From a Ear Nose and Throat Doctor, Herbalist and Acupressure Expert.

  • Dramamine
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • hot water
  1. Step 1

    Most cases of motion sickness could be from infection or poor circulation.
    Keep your eye toward the horizon. Dr.'s say to take Dramamine if it is severe.

  2. Step 2

    Herbalists say to Drink peppermint tea, or basil and fennel with orange zest in a salad. Instant fix would be to chew on a couple slices of ginger. Or you can put the ginger in a cup of hot water and dink it like tea. If you are flying and get motion sickness drop a couple ginger capsules in the hot water and drink. Do this every two hours until it has stopped.

  3. Step 3

    AN acupressure would say to find the pressure points inside your ears. Your palm has a center point - draw a line and push with that pressure pint about 3 fingers from your forearm.
