Things You'll Need:
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can of regular diced tomatoes
- corn
- instant rice or leftover rice
- 1 large can of pinto beans
- 1/2 package of frozen pepper blend
- 1 lb of ground beef or leftover hamburgers
- beef boullion or beef stock
- 2-3 cups of water
- chili powder to taste
- taco seasoning to taste

Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a skillet. If using leftover hamburgers, crumble the meat into bite size pieces. If using the skillet for the soup drain the grease.

Step 2
In a soup pot or skillet, dump in the canned tomatoes, corn, and pepper blend. Stir well.

Add water and 2-3 tsp. of bouillon (add more or less for taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes.

Step 4
Drain can of beans. Rinse the beans and add to the soup.

Step 5
Simmer soup for as long as you desire. In the last 15 minutes add rice to the pot. Enjoy!
