Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup of milk type product (Soy Milk, Rice Milk, Almond Milk, Hemp Milk etc).
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- Vanilla Essence or other natural flavoring
- Natural Sweetener (Stevia, Agave etc).
- Small Saucepan

Step 1
Pour 1 cup of milk type product into a small saucepan and set on low heat to simmer.

Mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch into a 1/4 cup of cold water (must be cold in order for cornstarch to completely dissolve).

Add sweetener to milk. 4-7 drops of Stevia or about a tablespoon of Agave. (add the sweetener of your choice in until it is to your liking).

Add in flavoring of your choice to milk. 1 tsp vanilla essence for vanilla pudding.

Step 5
Turn stove up to medium heat and begin pouring in cornstarch mixture. Stir intently as pudding mixture will begin to congeal rather quickly.

Step 6
Continue to let boil and stir continuously for about 6-10 minutes.

Step 7
Remove saucepan from stove and allow pudding mixture to cool completely and 'puddingify'.
