Things You'll Need:
- iTunes or other music provider
- SONGS!
-
Step 1
An example of an "older crowd" songOpen up iTunes. You need to know what kind of crowd your gonna need older songs. If it's a younger crowd you'll need newer songs. How long will your party be? You'll need to find out the details before you can start creating your playlist.
-
Step 2
Start with the slow songsFirst you should usually start with the slower songs. This will welcome your guests. Pick songs that flow into each other. Maybe they start on the same note or have an alike rhythm.
-
Step 3
Then go for the fast songsWhat's a party without dancing? Add upbeat songs now. Suddenly going into the fast songs is actually more fun but sometimes you want to ease into the fast songs. As I say, it depends on your crowd.
-
Step 4
Back to slow songs* When the parties wrapping up so sohuld your playlist. Start playinfg the slow songs again except this time they can be a little bit faster. Pay attention to the lyrics. Try a song that says good-bye in the last song.
-
Step 5
Awesome, your done! Play it at your party and your good to go. Add more songs for a longer playlist (I suggest more fast songs. They're always more fun) and for a shorter one use less!
