How to Make a picture black and white but with some color,

This is a very popular thing right now. Editing your pictures to be in black and white but have one color, or one object in color. It is very simple once you get the hang of it. I use paint.net, so these directions will work best if you download it. www.paint.net - dont worry, its safe!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Just your computer with a picture and your finger on the clicker.(mouse). lol.

1. Once you've downloaded paint.net, open it. Click file, and open. Open the picture that you want to edit.

2. Next, at the top, click "layers" and "duplicate layer", Then click "adjustments" and "black and white". By this point, you have 2 layers of the same picture..one in color and one in black and white. You should be able to see only the black and white one.

3. Now, the fun starts. Just click on the eraser tool, and erase everywhere that you want the color to be.

4. Once your finished, there should be a box in the lower right hand corner with your 2 layers, click "merge layer down". Then, just click on file and save as. Save your picture and Viola! You're done, and ready to start the next picture! (Believe me, you'll want o do another...its addicting!)
