Making baked salmon is fun and costs very little to make

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 pounds of any salmon
  • 1 cup of butter
  • Garlic
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 cup of water
  • Tin foil
  • Oven
  1. Step 1

Gather all the things on the list, Preheat oven to 350, also can be done on the grill. If going to done on the grill make sure to get the grill ready.

  2. Step 2

Take the tin foil and line a pan make sure that the foil can cover the fish completely. Then add the cup of water into the foil. Then place the fish onto the foil. Meat side up.

  3. Step 3

Glently rub the butter onto the fish, you could always warm the butter in the microwave, to make things easier. Then place the season onto the fish, be creative with it. Cut the lemons into slices, then place the slices of lemons onto the fish. Place the fish into the oven for 30 minutes. Then remove the fish and serve. I would recommend serving with corn on the cob and biscuits.
