Friendships can grow apart, or turn into your worst nightmare.

Here are 7 signs on how to make an enemy.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Better Listening Skills
  • More Understanding
  • Humility
  • Communication
  1. Step 1
    It's Always About You

    It's Always About You

You feel the need to top what ever is being said or done by someone else. It seems they forgot to laugh at your joke that humiliated them, but left you in stitches.

  2. Step 2
    You Violate Their Trust

    You Violate Their Trust

Certain things are hands off, but you decided to touch it anyway. While it is true that no one can be taken away unless they really wanted to be; it still hurts and makes it very hard to trust you again.

  3. Step 3
    You're Not Genuine

    You're Not Genuine

When she's around, you're the best of friends. When she leaves, you justify that it's okay to gossip about her, because you're such good friends. How would you feel, if she did the same thing to you?

  4. Step 4
    You Like To Start Drama

    You Like To Start Drama

Everyone was having a good time in the suburbs, until you decided to bring up old wounds that ignited a heated argument. When things began to get even uglier, you switched positions as the instigator, to the arbitrator.

  5. Step 5
    You're Vindictive

    You're Vindictive

You messed with her or her family? Run!

  6. Step 6
    You're Emotionally Unstable

    You're Emotionally Unstable

It's your 5th year wedding anniversary and he didn't buy the gift you hinted about repeatedly. You decided to throw your cell phone at him and make a scene in the department store; even though you swore from previous times, that it would never happen again.

  7. Step 7
    You're Successful

    You're Successful

Sometimes it's not your poor attitude that is the problem. It's your power. How could one person have so many good qualities, be successful and live such a fulfilled life? It's other people's problem, if they don't believe or accept it as the truth. Just make sure you know your blessings are here today and could be gone tomorrow.

  8. Step 8
    You're Unstoppable

    You're Unstoppable

Someone is always going to dislike something about you. Nevertheless, your enemies do not have to be the majority. They will never understand no matter how tough the challenges, or how sweet the success may be, your heart will remain as beautiful as you are.

If you take a deeper look at these habits from a positive view, they will help lead you into becoming more aware, humble, authentic and a an even better friend. The rule of thumb, treat others the way you would like to be treated, will never go out of style. Nor will it ever lead you to run out of friends or make an enemy, on purpose.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be authentic.
  • Have good intentions.
  • Think of other people's feelings.
  • Love and trust yourself before you expect it from others.
  • Communicate maturely.
  • Avoid behaving the way you think they want you to be.
  • Avoid being inconsiderate or immature.
  • Do not be vindictive or hold grudges.
