Things You'll Need:
- Multi grain pasta penne, linguine or your choice, 1 #
- Ground turkey meat, 1#
- Basil
- Oregano
- Olive Oil
- Green Onions
- Garlic Cloves
- Bread Crumbs
- Egg
- Parmesan Cheese
- Home Made Tomato Sauce or Your Favorite out of a Jar
- Pan to cook meatballs on
- Pot to Boil Water
- Appetite

Step 1
Penne Pasta with Turkey MeatballsTurn oven to 350 Degrees. Get a bowl and put in Turkey Meat, Egg, 1/2 C. Bread Crumbs, 1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese, 4 T. Sun Dried Tomatoes (optional), 1 t. basil, 1 t. oregano, 2 stalks green onion chopped, and 1 clove garlic minced. Grind up together with your hand. Pour in 1 -2 T. olive oil. Shape into meatballs.

Step 2
Put meatballs in oven and cook for approximately 25 minutes checking every 10 minutes and turning.
In the meantime, Fill up a Medium size pot with water and heat to boiling.
Add pasta and cook al dente- usually 10 -13 minutes. -
Step 3
Heat sauce up. See other article I wrote on how to make homemade sauce.
Do not let sauce boil. -
Step 4
Drain pasta.
Take out meatballs out of oven.
Put pasta and sauce in pan and turn in meatballs.
Serve parmesan cheese on top.
