Decrease puffy eyes.

If you suffer from puffy eyes or bags under your eyes, treat them. Eye creams don't alway work and can be expensive. Try natural methods at home to reduce tired, puffy eyes. Pay attention, too, to the foods you eat and the rest you get to minimize the potential for puffiness. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

Manage your allergies. Seasonal allergies play havoc with your eyes. Treat your symptoms, especially nasal congestion, to avoid having puffiness around your eyes.

Get enough sleep. Not getting enough sleep can sometimes cause dark circles and bags under the eyes. Be sure you're getting the recommended amount of time for sleeping every night to reduce puffy eyes. In addition, if your eyes remain puffy, slip an extra pillow under your head at night to reduce puffiness.

Use a cold compress. Cucumber slices or cooled tea bags rested against your eyes help keep your eyes from getting puffy. The cold of the cucumber or tea bag rested against your eyes minimizes puffiness. If you don't have either available, use a cold washcloth and press gently to reduce puffiness.
