    There are several high protein foods that you can eat to help burn belly fat. There are several high protein meats to choose from, such as lean hamburger, fish, tuna, broiled beef steak, and roasted chicken. There is several vegetables that are high in protein. Lentils contain 9 grams of protein per serving. Cooked broccoli, kidney beans, and corn, along with baked potatoes are all good sources of protein.

    There are several other foods that contain significant amounts of protein. Dairy products such as yogurt, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and milk all have high amounts of protein. There are also foods like rice, whole wheat bread, macaroni, eggs, and tofu, they all have plenty of protein as well.

    Having high fiber in a diet helps to burn fat in three ways, it helps speed up your metabolism, helps slow down digestion, and it also helps prolong a persons energy. Many foods have high fiber content. Some fruits are high in fiber such as avocado, raspberries, grapefruit, apples, and blueberries. Vegetables like winter squash, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, cabbage, and spinach are all good sources of fiber as well. Grains such as bread, oats, and rice and pasta also contain a lot of fiber.
