How to Copy, Cut and Paste Using Your Keyboard

Speed up your work and learn to copy, cut and paste using your keyboard. You no longer need to go to the "File" menu for these options; with these three keys, you can cut or copy anything from a document and paste it into another document.

Instructions

      Highlight the information that you want to copy.

      Press "Ctrl" + "C" on your keyboard. Your keyboard has now copied the information.

      Go to the document that you want to paste this info into and press "Ctrl" + "V." Now you have pasted the information that you have copied.

      Cut information by using the keys "Ctrl" + "X." Your keyboard has now cut the information out of the document.

      Paste this information using "Ctrl" + "V" again.
