Step 1
Download and print the employment application from the Victoria's Secret website (see Resources below). You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open the form.

Fill out the form completely, including your personal information, education and employment history. If you have previous retail experience, list it prominently in the employment history section. List any professional achievements you have earned throughout your career and any special skills that would make you a valuable employee.

Enter your availability and requested start date in the spaces provided. If you can work during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, write that down--it could make your application more attractive.

Step 4
Check the appropriate answer for the questions regarding criminal history and any previous employment discharges. If you have ever been fired or convicted of a crime, explain the details in the spaces provided.

Sign and date the form. If you live in New York, California, Minnesota or Oklahoma, Victoria's Secret will need to obtain a "consumer report" that includes information on your background. If you live in one of the those states, sign and date the third page of the application and list your Social Security number.

Take the completed form to your local Victoria's Secret store. If you need help finding your nearest store, visit the "Store Locator

Step 7
Ask to speak to the store manager. Introduce yourself and express your interest in a job while briefly summarizing your qualifications. Give the manager your completed application form.

Wait to hear back from Victoria's Secret about your application. If they are interested, you will receive a phone call from the store manager requesting an interview. If the store is not currently hiring, they will keep your resume on file for future opportunities.
