Things You'll Need:
- ¼ cup of butter
- 8 oz. of white chocolate, chopped coarsely
- ¾ of a cup of sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of flaked coconut, chopped
- ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- Heavy saucepan
- Wooden spoon
- Cookie sheet
- Wax paper

Step 1
Add butter and chocolate to a heavy saucepan.

Place the saucepan on very low heat. Melt the butter and chocolate until smooth.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Using a wooden spoon, mix the ingredients in the saucepan until thickened. Add vanilla and sugar to the mixture and mix.

Refrigerate the mixture for five minutes.

Place wax paper on the cookie sheet.

Spread the coconut and cocoa powder into separate shallow dishes.

Shape the chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls. Coat half of each ball in coconut and the other half in cocoa. Place the 1-inch balls onto the cookie sheet.

Refrigerate for one hour. Serve.
