How to Use a Hot Tub

1. Set the temperature on the hot tub to the setting you want, no higher than 104 degrees for safety, at least 30 minutes before you plan to use the hot tub. Let it heat up with the jets turned off and the cover on.

2. Turn the jets on once the hot tub is ready and you've climbed in. Turn on and off specific jets to adjust the amount of bubbles, and where they come out at. Usually a switch or a knob controls this.

3. Turn on the hot tub light at night so you can see. This is especially important when getting in or moving around, so you don't trip on the seats or uneven places in the hot tub.

4. Buy a hot tub remote control to adjust the temperature more conveniently. These waterproof remote controls can change the temperature without you ever having to move or reach out of the hot tub.

5. Turn off the jets and lights when you're finished and turn the power off, or set the hot tub temperature to a lower setting. Replace the cover to keep the hot tub clean.

Tips & Warnings

• Never stay in a hot tub for more than 15 minutes at a time. Any longer can cause health risks.
