Things You'll Need
- KitchenAid pizza stone
- Pizza peel
- Pizza wheel
- Pizza dough, sauce, cheese and toppings

Place the pizza stone in the oven on the middle rack. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Roll out pizza dough and place onto pizza peel. Assemble pizza using sauce, toppings and cheese.

Slide raw pizza off of pizza peel and onto the KitchenAid pizza stone. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Check pizza to make sure it is baked to your liking. The center of the pizza should be hot and bubbly and the cheese should be thoroughly melted.

Slide the baked pizza back onto the pizza peel and let it cool for 10 minutes.
