How To Hook Up Altec Lansing Speakers to a PS3

Things You'll Need

• Female stereo RCA to female 1/8" stereo minijack adapter cable
• PS3
• Altec Lansing computer speakers

1. PS3 AV cable (NL Graphics)

   Connect the PS3 AV cable to the slot on the back of the PS3. Identify the red and white RCA plugs. These are the audio outputs.

2. Adapter cable (NL Graphics)

   Connect your adapter cable to the red and white outputs of the PS3 cable. This type of cable is a common audio accessory and can be bought in any electronics store.

3. Altec Lansing audio cable (NL Graphics)

   Plug the audio cable of the Altec Lansing speakers into the green connector of your adapter cable.

4. Plug the electrical plug of the Altec Lansing speakers into a wall outlet and turn them on. Adjust the volume as necessary.
