1
Select your flowers. Arrange the main flowers as you see fit and wrap the stems with floral tape to keep them in place. Next, place filler such as leaves or baby's breath behind the main flowers. Make sure it pokes up about 1/2-inch higher than the rest. This will create visual depth. Wrap the stems with floral tape to attach them to the flowers.

2
Cut the stems so they are all the same length. You don't want your bouquet stems to be too long, but they need to have some length to them so you can hold them as a bouquet. Choose a ribbon that is wide and strong, one that has some thickness to it and can stand being handled.

Heat up a hot glue gun and dab some glue on the end of the stems of the flowers. Press the end of the ribbon onto the hot glue and hold until dry. Wrap the ribbon around the stems, overlapping as you continue to wrap. When you reach the calyx (the spot right under the bottom of the flowers), dab another bit of hot glue on and secure in place.

Take another kind of ribbon or one of another color and cut a 3-inch long piece. Put a line of hot glue around the center of the stems. Wrap the ribbon around and hold in place to allow to dry. Add decorative elements such as rhinestones to the wrapped ribbon to add a little extra flair.

Wrap wet paper towels around the flowers. Store the bouquet in the fridge until the wedding.
