1. Store the wig on a mannequin head or wig stand when not in use. This helps keep the wig from becoming matted and frizzy. Ensure that the storage tool is tall enough so that the wig can hang freely when in position. 2. Protect the wig from extreme weather conditions and friction. Wear a hat or wrap the wig with a scarf when traveling in sunny, windy or rainy conditions.
