Browse the business card templates from the options provided in the resources section. Download your favorite option to your computer's desktop. Make sure you download a template compatible with Microsoft Word 2003 and that you have printer inserts that match your template.
-
2
Open Microsoft Word, and go to File -> Open. Select your template from your desktop. It will have a .dot extension at the end of the file name.

-
3
Highlight the text, and type in your company's name, address and contact information in the place of the corresponding items of the template.
-
4
Check the spelling and double-check errors on the page. Save the file.
-
5
Load the blank business card sheets into your printer, following the directions included with the inserts and your printer's instructions. Select File -> Print. Select one copy, and then click OK. Print only one sheet at first, to make sure everything is printing the way you'd like. If the first page is correct, you can print more sheets.

Tips & Warnings
Like a design, but hate the colors? You can edit the colors of the design elements by clicking on them and selecting alternate colors. Have a friend look over your new choices just to be sure your new choices work well together.
When choosing your business card stock, avoid choosing a color that will clash or overwhelm your design. Avoid beige or off-white unless you are certain it will complement the design.
