How to Make an Air Tiara
Enchanted air tiaras are very easy to make by any member of RuneScape, whether free or paid. You don't need more than a Level 1 in Runecrafting, and you don't need any Magic level at all for this type of enchanting. Wearing an air tiara will admit you to an air temple by left clicking on it instead of requiring you to use a talisman on it. The biggest advantage of using an air tiara instead of an air talisman is that you can wear it in your helmet slot instead of carrying it in your backpack. This leaves an open space in your inventory, which is important when you're crafting a great number of air runes from rune essence. You will receive 25 Crafting XP (experience points) for each air tiara that you make.
Things You'll Need

1
Log in to your RuneScape member account. Go to the nearest bank and withdraw a silver tiara and an air talisman. If you have these items, you can skip ahead to Step 4. If you don't have them, you will need to acquire them before proceeding. Go to Step 2.
-
2
Acquire an air talisman. If you completed the Rune Mysteries Quest, you should still have the air talisman that Sedridor gave you as a reward. If you have not done that quest, you are not qualified to make an air tiara, and RuneScape will block you from that activity. If, for some reason, you don't still have the talisman, you can purchase one very inexpensively from another player, the Grand Exchange or occasionally from a general store.

3
Get a silver tiara. You can buy one from the Grand Exchange, other players or from general stores. You can make one from a silver bar with a tiara mold if your Crafting level is at least 23.
-
4
Go to an air temple location and take your air talisman and the silver tiara with you.
-
5
Use the silver tiara on the altar at the temple. The air talisman will be automatically removed from your backpack inventory as it enchants the silver tiara, turning it into an air tiara.
