How to Set the Clock on a Walkman MP3 Player

They were once just for listening to music, but now you can watch videos and even play video games. But whether it's a 512MB or a 16G, they should show you the right year and time. Learn how to set your clock on your Sony Walkman MP3 player.

Instructions

1. Release the hold button by pulling the navigation knob outward. Check to see that the MP3 player is in stop mode.

2. Press and hold onto the "Search/Menu" button until the menu appears. Scroll down to "Date-Time" and select it by pressing the "Play/Stop" button.

3. Set the correct year and time by turning the navigation knob either up or down. To navigate, press the "Play/Stop" button.

4. Press the "Search/Menu" button once to get back to the menu, and once more to exit the menu.
