Things You'll Need:
- JURA machine
- Coffee beans
- Water
- Cup
- Spoon
- Sugar (optional)
-
Step 1
Make sure the machine is set up properly, plugged in and turned on. Refer to your manual for setup on your specific model. There should be coffee beans in the bean tank and fresh, cold water in the water tank.
-
Step 2
Put a cup (big enough to hold 120 ml of liquid) under the hot water nozzle, and push the hot water button to add 60 ml of hot water.
-
Step 3
Move the cup to under the coffee spout.
-
Step 4
Some JURA machines can be programed to make a double espresso by pushing the espresso button twice and changing the amount from 1 fluid oz. (25 to 30 ml) to twice that (2 oz. or 60 ml). If your machine doesn't permit this, push the espresso button to produce one shot of espresso, then push it again for the second.
-
Step 5
Mix. If you like sugar in your coffee, now is the time to add it. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy your long espresso.
