- Tissue paper
- Gift items
- Cellophane basket wrap

Step 1
Find a basket and other packaging items for this project at a craft store. Buy a basket large enough to contain all the gift items. Fill the bottom of the basket with crumpled tissue.

Add the gift items. A sports-themed basket might include sleeves of his favorite golf balls, tickets to watch his favorite team play or an all-access pass to his favorite sports channel. If your gentleman is into movies or music, fill the basket with DVDs, CDs or concert and movie tickets. Throw in an iPod if you'd really like to make an impression. Women are not the only ones who appreciate candles and fragrances. Add a bottle of his favorite cologne and other toiletries that he might enjoy to create a spa-themed basket. Include a scented candle and a certificate for a massage and watch his eye's light up as he opens it.

Step 3
Wrap the basket in a cellophane basket wrap. It's not necessary to wrap the gifts individually, but they will remain a surprise until the paper comes off if you do so.

Step 4
Gather the cellophane at the top of the basket and tie the raffia around it in a bow. You can find different colors of cellophane, or you could wrap the basket in clear. The raffia offers a more masculine touch than ribbon or a large basket bow.
