How to Download Microsoft Access
Microsoft Access is a database program that is included in the Professional and Ultimate licensed versions of Microsoft Office for Windows. You can also buy the program separately as a stand-alone program and download it to your computer directly from the Microsoft store. With Microsoft Access you can record and track information, formulate reports from your data and securely share the data with multiple users and external applications. Access works seamlessly with the other Microsoft Office programs.

Open your Web browser and navigate to the Microsoft Online store (see Resources below).

Click "Download" as the media type from the drop-down menu above the shopping cart button. Choose "Microsoft Access."

Click the "Add to Cart" button.

Click the "Checkout Now" button to process your payment.

Click the link on the order confirmation page from Microsoft to download the Microsoft Access installer to your computer hard drive. The download link will also be included in an order confirmation email you receive that contains your license number.

Keep the license number that Microsoft prints on your purchase receipt (and also emails you) in a safe place in case you need to reinstall the software at a later date.
