Can you think of a better way to celebrate a joyous event than chocolate? Dark chocolate has more antioxidants than red wine or green tea, and it assists your blood vessels and brain functions. There is a property found in chocolate very similar to the "feel good" chemical serotonin found in our body when falling in love.

While researching birth announcements I came across a site that advertises candy wrapped in your announcement. Why not hand our Hershey's bars wrapped in the joyous news rather than a cigar?

How about a custom wrapped candy bar for your baby shower, birthday, anniversary, christening, bar or bat mitzvah, reunion, retirement, wedding, school team, grand openings, and the list goes on?

Measure a strip of colored paper to fit directly under the word "HERSHEY'S". Write "is" on the center of the paper. Tape both ends of it.

  2. Step 2
    Birth Announcement

    Birth Announcement

Measure your paper to cover the portion of HERSHEY'S that you do not want to keep. For example if announcing the birth of a girl, leave the letters SHE uncovered, for a boy leave HE. On one paper write HERE, on the other write the babies names, date, weight, etc.

  3. Step 3

Wrap paper around the bar leaving only the letters you choose exposed. Tape in place.

  4. Step 4

Wrap a candy bar with a party invitation, or any number of announcements. Be creative.

Tips & Warnings
