For those with sensitive or damaged skin, this is the perfect, basic, facial exfoliant.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 Cup of Ground Oatmeal
  • 3 Tablespoons Powdered Milk
  • Water
  1. Step 1

If you don't have ground oatmeal, just measure out 1/2 cup of oats and then put in a good processor or blender. You want the oatmeal in small bits, not finely ground until it's powdery. Try to get the consistency to be similar to sea salt.

  2. Step 2

Stir the powdered milk in with the oatmeal and then add a teaspoon of water. Stir the mixture together, and try to get it into a thick paste. Continue adding a few drops of water at a time until you reach the desires consistency.

  3. Step 3

Before using the mixture, splash your face with warm water. Massage the mixture into your skin, and wait about 5 minutes before rinsing it off with cool water.

  4. Step 4

I suggest using this scrub 1-2 times per week. If you have some leftover, I suggest using it the following day, just store it in the fridge (make sure it's covered).
