Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Ice burg Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/8 cup Maple Balsamic Dressing
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Balsamic Dressing
  1. Step 1

    Beat the chicken with a meat beater until 1/4 inch thick.

  2. Step 2

    Place chicken onto the top rack of a hot grill with a temperature of about 450 degrees. Baste the chicken with 1/16 cup of Maple Balsamic dressing and cook for 8 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Chop all of the lettuces and place into a medium sized bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Flip the chicken over on the grill, baste with the remaining 1/16 cup of dressing and continue to cook for 8 more minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Cut up the broccoli and add to the bowl.

  6. Step 6

    Slice the cherry tomatoes into quarters and place into the bowl.

  7. Step 7

    Cut the cucumber in half and slice into ½ inch chunks.

  8. Step 8

    Remove the chicken from the grill and slice into thin slices.

  9. Step 9

    Add the chicken to the salad and pour 2 tablespoons of Maple Balsamic dressing onto the salad.
