How to Make (Recipe for) the Best Raspberry Vodka Martini
This Raspberry Martini recipe is not too sweet and is the perfect drink for anyone who's in the mood for something strong and easy to drink (maybe too easy). Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- Raspberry flavored vodka: Such as Burnett's Raspberry, Stolichnaya (Stoli) Raspberry or Absolut.
- Triple Sec or Cointreau (orange flavored liquor)
- Rose's Lime Juice
- Ice and a martini shaker
- Fresh Raspberries (Optional)
- Sugar for glass rim (Optional)

(Optional) Sugar the rim of a martini glass by pouring a bit of Rose's lime juice onto a small plate, or wet the glass rim with lime juice using a paper towel. Pour some sugar onto a plate and dip the glas rim into the sugar.

Add ice to a martini shaker and pour 2 ounces (2 shots) of Raspberry Flavored Vodka and 2 ounces of Triple Sec or Cointreau (equal parts if mixing more).

Add a splash of Rose's Lime Juice to the shaker.

Cover the shaker and shake it until it's VERY cold. Pour into a martini glass and add a raspberry or two.

OPTIONAL: For a bit more natural raspberry flavor, put some raspberries in a garlic press and squeeze the raspberry juice into the shaker or glass.

Tips & Warnings
The key to this martini is using the right vodka. Burnett's Raspberry vodka is the most affordable and proven to be a favorite; while any other high-end raspberry vodka will do.
Blue UV is a bit too syrup-ie tasting in this, so try using a different brand for this recipe.
Be careful of how many you drink, this is roughly 4 ounces of vodka and orange liquor in one drink!
