Get Ripped to Shreds in 4 Weeks (I did it by accident!)

When I was in high school, I got ripped to shreds, and I did it by accident! This seems strange, but read on and you'll see what I mean.

Instructions

      Go on a camping trip.

When I was in high school, I was generally a chubby kid, and at about 11th grade I started to trim down. There wasn't much too it; just a little exercise and watching what I ate. I was still flabby though.

However, after my senior year, I went on a camping trip. The trip was 4 weeks long, and involved all sorts of backpacking, canoeing, and even climbing.

Keep constantly active with strenuous activity during the day.

I spent many hours backpacking, from early morning to the early evening. Then it was time to set up camp and cook dinner. Throughout the day, I'd have periodic snacks, and at some point I would cook. Some days I was kinda hungry, but most I felt adequately nourished. It's hard to eat too much when you have a 30 pound pack and your exercising constantly.

Do this for 4-weeks, eating what you have, sleeping on the ground, backpacking to your destination during the day. Canoeing is also acceptable - just keep it up, and eat whatever you want (as long as you an hold it on your back).

When you keep your food on your back, your limited to what you have. Even if you want to eat calorie dense food all day, it evens out, because you have to carry it on your back for the day. As your backpack goes down in weight, so does your appetite, because you're not burning as many calories.

When I got done with my 4 week trip, I couldn't believe it: I went from a flabby kid to be totally ripped. You can do this too if you just follow the above steps.
