Things You'll Need:
- Velcro Wide Strap 2" x 36"

Step 1
Set Up CARES
Place CARES on the airplane seat back following the CARES installation manual. -
Step 2
Attach Velcro Strap
Take a Velcro strap and loop it around the seat belt strap that goes around the seat back in between the harness straps. -
Step 3
Place the Child in CARES
Sit your child in the seat so that they are sitting on the Velcro strap. Follow the CARES instructions to fasten the harness to the plane seat's lap belt. Pull the Velcro strap in between the child's leg and fasten the Velcro around the plane seat's lap belt in between the harness strap loops. -
Step 4
In Case of Emergency
In the event of an emergency, un-Velcro the strap and then follow the CARES instructions.

on 11/5/2009 I have 4 kids and haven't heard of this before. I'll have to check it out because I really hate lugging the huge carseat on the airplane.
