Sometimes after a hard break-up, there can be feelings of anger or resentment against your ex-girlfriend. This article explains how to get the best revenge.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Figure out why you have feelings of wanting revenge. Is your ego hurt from the breakup? Do you simply have feelings of wanting to be together? Do you really want her to be hurt, or do you just need something to focus on as a distraction. Why are you mad at her?

  2. Step 2

DON'T plan any revenge that would involve her getting hurt. If you try to get revenge by sabotaging her relationships or embarressing her, she will only remember the worst side of you, and probably pity you.

The best revenge would be to make yourself into an attractive person with a rich social life. Once she sees that, she'll start to see what she's missing. Also, process the emotions that you're experiencing so that you don't dwell on your relationship; the quicker you get over it, the quicker she'll realize that you're an independent guy with a life of your own, and you didn't need her anyway.

  3. Step 3

Finally, instead of revenge, you may want to offer a gesture of good will and gratitude. Gratitude for what? For teaching you life lessons, and for sharing her life with you, no matter how it ended. Plus, once she sees how mature you are and how well you handle yourself, she'll probably burn with envy that someone else gets to have you now :)

Tips & Warnings
  • Remember, revenge is a dish best served cold, but then, who wants to eat cold food? Forget about revenge in the traditional sense, and follow the tips above to really get her goat!
