How to make the tastiest and very attractive cheese ball ever.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Two 8 oz. packages Cream Cheese
  • Two Small bunches of Green Onions
  • 1 large jar of Armour Dried Beef
  • 4 ounces of shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Ritz or Townhouse Crackers
  • Garlic Salt
  1. Step 1
    Cream Cheese
    Cream Cheese

Begin by setting your cream cheese out to soften. Meanwhile start cutting up your green onions. Make the onions as small as you like. I normally use a large mixing bowl to mix in. Remove cream cheese from their packages and drop into bowl.

  2. Step 2
    Armour Dried Beef

Now put all of your chopped onions on top of the cream cheese. Open the jar or package of the dried beef. Rinse the dried beef in cold water, until you think you have rinsed most, or all of the salt off of the beef. Then chop your rinsed beef into small pieces. I always save two slices of beef to put my cheese ball on top of after they're made. You can make one large ball or split it in half and make two.

  3. Step 3

Put all of your chopped dried beef into mixing bowl. I usually then add a little garlic salt. Not too much salt because the beef is already salty. Stir all of the ingredients together. Make sure that everything is combined completely. Sometimes you just have to get in there and use your hands to mix with.

  4. Step 4

Once all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Use a spoon to shape it into a ball or your hands of course. Make one large ball or two smaller ones. I then take shredded mild cheddar cheese and toss around the ball just for looks and some extra flavor. Remove your cheese ball or balls and set on a plate. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.

  5. Step 5

Serve your cheese ball with your favorite crackers. I prefer Ritz or Townhouse crackers for my cheese ball. Totally enjoy! Everyone will ask who made the Cheese ball?

Tips & Warnings
  • You can use other types of beef but be wary. It won't be that good.
  • Make certain to rinse dried beef.
