  • Vegetable oil
  • Bowl
  • Lemon balm essential oil

Instructions

      Place 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil into a bowl.

      Add 10 drops of lemon balm essential oil into the vegetable oil and stir it thoroughly with a spoon.

      Apply a small amount of the repellent to two of your fingertips and lightly dab it onto your skin and clothes.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you are not able to find lemon balm essential oil, you may also use basil, eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary or geranium oils.

  • If you are pregnant you should consult with a physician before applying products containing essential oils directly to your skin.
