The Publisher wizard can walk you through the steps to a great looking brochures, flyers, business cards, etc.

You will want to have jpeg formatted pictures downloaded to a picture file. It's easy to import them. Click on the formatted boxes the wizard shows. Change your text size, color and even orientation.

Upload your graphics and pictures. Click on the uploaded picture files or text. This puts a handle around the item you have clicked. You can then drag your text or pictures to the right spots.

This program is relatively easy to manipulate your information and pictures. It will tell you how to print both sides.

  3. Step 3

If you are making this for a professional to print, you can e-mail the file to the printer or give them a good copy for reproduction. Ask your professional printer for their specifications. Some no longer use Publisher.

When I use this program and intend to have a professional print, I give them a downloaded version and a color paper version. The downloaded version is easier for them to adjust color and quality of print.

This is a fun program to play with. It's wizard will teach you as you work. When you have worked with the wizard some you will be able to build a great, professional looking brochure on your own.
