Things You'll Need:
- Pot with lid
- Eggs
- Salt (optional)
- An hour or hour and a half to cook them and let them cool

Step 1
Carefully place the eggs in the pot.

Fill the pot up with cold water. Be sure to fill the pot up so the water level is one inch above the top of the eggs.

Cover the pot with your lid and put the pot on the stove on medium high heat.

Boiling EggsHeat until boiling and boil the eggs for two minutes.

Step 5
After the two minutes are up, turn off the burner and let the eggs sit in the covered pot for 13 minutes.

Take the lid off and cool. You can cool them by putting them in the fridge, or if you need to cool them faster run them under cold water for a while, until they are cold, and then put them in the fridge until you are ready to use them.
