4. Choose a backless bra as the perfect solution for backless tops or dresses. These bras work by having supportive straps loop around the armhole, eliminating the annoying band displayed across your back. Stick on cups and adhesive bras are other alternatives for this type of outfit.

5. Buy a convertible bra for halter tops and asymmetrical styles. Adjust the straps easily for halter necks and one-shoulder styles.
