If you have windows PC and have free pictures that you found on the computer.Make sure they are free and would like or need to post those pictures onto another website,here is 1 way to do that.

You could use the free paint program on your computer to accomplish this.Click on your start menu and go to all programs,click on all programs and another window will show,scroll all the way to the top,you should see accesories,click on accesories,then another window will show up.

Click on this window and scroll down to paint and click on paint.In this window you will be able to crop and save pictures here.It would be easier to do this if you had the window you get the picture from.How to transfer the picture from that page to paint put the cursor on the picture and right click on the picture,then you should see copy on that small window.Right click copy.

Then reopen the paint window,on the top of the paint window there is the word edit.Click edit and scroll down to paste,and click paste.Then the picture should show up on the window.

If you need to resize the picture you go to image and scroll down to stretch/skew.This is where you resize the picture.You should see two spots that say 100%,this is the size of the picture now.If you want the picture larger you increase the percentage in both spots.If you want the picture smaller you decrease the percenatge.Play around with the percentages so you get the right size for you.

The next thing is to save the picture.Go to file,next to edit,click on edit and scroll down to save as.Click save as and a window will open up.On the bottom of this window there is 2 boxes.The box on top is you type in a name your picture and in the bottom box you click on it and there should be a save as a jpeg image or gif image.Click on this.then click the save button.Now your picture is saved.

To upload this picture to the site you want.Thats if the other site does allow picture uploads.click the browse button.A window will open up that has your pictures on it.scroll down to the picture you want and click the picture.Got to the area where you can upload pictures got to the bottom of this window and on the bottom box click on it and then click on the jpeg name.Then click save.Now your picture should be uploaded to this site.
