How to Make a Brown Sugar Body Polish

How to Make a Brown Sugar Body Polish thumbnail
Mix your own sugar scrub.

Sugar makes an excellent body polish that gets rid of the outer layer of dead skin, promotes healthy skin cells and leaves skin glowing and feeling silky smooth. Enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy at same time by adding a bit of essential oil in a relaxing or invigorating scent. This recipe uses almond oil but you can substitute olive oil if you prefer. The scrub also works with equal parts brown and white sugar. Be careful after using the polish because the oil makes the tub or shower floor very slippery. Does this Spark an idea?
