Sadly, there's no secret way to master your metabolism -the key to any weight loss (whether you choose a celery diet or a more sensible diet plan) is simply to take in less calories than you send out.       The first way to master your metabolism is simply to increase daily exercise. For those of you already saying 'ugh', never fear, there are sneaky ways to speed up your metabolism through increased exercise. Simply park your car at the furthest parking spot at the local mall and hike on over. This tip has the additional benefit of not only helping you master your metabolism but also saving you money by not incurring door dings on your car (after all, who the hell wants to park all the way out there?). For women, please don't do this tip at night - park under a light - forget the need to master the metabolism in order to stay safe.

      Another way to master your metabolism is to eat foods that take more calories to digest than they do to store (also called negative calorie foods). These low calorie foods include: asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, green beans, and zucchini. Throw these low calorie foods on the grill and serve with a splash of balsamic vinegar for a great way to master your metabolism and save calories at the same time. Negative calorie fruits include watermelon (who knew?!), honeydew, oranges, papaya, and raspberries.
