    I have battled with my underweight situation for many years and the only way that proved effective for me to gain weight was by driking supplements between meals.When i started my gain program i was 120 lb and 6 ft. In just two months i gained about 35 lbs.

    There are a number of ways you may not be gaining the weight you want; but for me and many of my friends drinking shakes has helped us.

    Now, im going to tell what kind of things to put in shakes that can increase your caloric intake.

    1 cup/8 oz.whole milk 150
    1 scoop of protein 150
    2 tbsp of olive oil 250
    1 nutri-bran bar or similar 170

    Imagine if you drink three of these a day between meals, you will ge getting an extra 2060 calories a day which wiil give you incredible results. If you are realy thin you might want to first put the weight on then turn it into muscle through free weight training.

Tips & Warnings
  • There are a bunch of protein supplements out there but most dont work because they are poor quality and the body cannot make good use of them.
  • Soy protein is the best protein because it keeps giving your body nutrients and amino-acids throughout the day.
  • Olive oil is a great source of calories which actualy increases your health in many ways. (ie. helps you heart, skin and brain development.)
