Reduce Stress. Stressful environments are the most common trigger for most types of headaches. Stress can release certain hormones that can affect the way you experience pain. Muscle tension, teeth grinding, and stiff shoulders are other responses to stress that can increase the chances of having a headache. So, chill out and take a deep breathe!
If you suddenly feel too overwhelmed by things, take a deep breathe and go outside for fresh air and to clear your mind. Start to track what sets off your stress and try your best to prevent it.
