Step 1
How To Rid Your Bed Of Bed Bugs, Dust Mites and anything else. I do these steps every week and never have any bed bug bites. Also, helps to rid your room of carpet and any curtains. Replace with wood floor and shutters.

Bite from Bed BugTake off your sheets. Strip the bed down to the mattress.

Happy BedSpray your mattress, pillows and all around with disinfectant spray. Take your blankets off and lay out in the sunshine. Sunshine - Heat (Dryer) removes bed bugs.
Wash your sheets in HOT water. -
Step 4
Vacuum BedVacuum Bed and Pillows. If you have to stand on top of the bed and vacuum like you do your floors.

Step 5
Now you can put your fresh hot sheets and blankets back on. Double pillow cases on your pillows.
If you want you can find special covers for your bed and pillows.
Now you can lay out your lingerie and prepare for a evening of fun.
